Prison Break

Slow and Steady finishes the race!! On Saturday I ran the Prison Break Half Marathon that started and ended at the prison. Before I left for the race in the morning I found this sweet note under my iPod. I love this girl!

This group is what kept me going!! I couldn't wait to see these faces at the finish line. This definitely was the greatest prize. I am a lucky Mom.

Wahoo! Way to go Ali!

Cute card -what awesome motivation. I love that Abbie girl, and I love her signature!

"Win this thing"- that's my favorite part I think!

This is truly the sweetest letter from a girl to her Mom that I have ever read. It would be so cute edited (vintage paper textures), and framed. Way to go Ali! 13+ miles is very hard to run, and it takes a tough cookie to finish a race like that (& to be a mom!!!)

Way to go! That is the sweetest little note. What greater motivation than your family at the finish line?

Hi Alison - I found your blog through Angela's. You do know me -from parenting class. Anyway, I just read through some of your highly inspiring blog and LOVED your pics. I'm needing a new camera and was wondering if you knew what kind I should get. Also, have you taken classes or does a great camera make it easier to take great pictures?

Thanks, Alli
