Monday Memory

The Chicken Place

I will always remember my days of working at Meiers Chicken with fondness. It was so fun to be able to work with my friends and to be a small part of this family business.  I learned so much from the Meier family; their strong work ethic, the beauty of a family working together to make things happen, and hard working kids that rarely complained. No, this definitely was not a glamorous job, I was stinky and soggy when I was done with my shift, but is was a great place to be.

This proves what we've all known since we met you... you have ALWAYS been CUTE! (Also, this reminds me to take pictures of my children at their jobs!

You mean you didn't like getting thrown in the gut bucket? I love this picture and it just takes me back to those fun days! Where your only worry was that as you were washing dishes whether you were going to get hit in the face with chickin skin. Great picture - thanks for the trip down memory lane. Love it - are you going to be able to come down for the girls retreat March 7th-8th?
